9 Vegetable Puree Recipes for Babies (6+ Months)

Looking for simple vegetable puree recipes for babies? Here are 9 homemade vegetable combinations I prepared for my baby during the early stages of starting solids. They’re made with simple everyday ingredients such as carrots, zucchini, potato, pumpkin, chard, broccoli and cauliflower.

These recipes can be adapted to your baby’s feeding skills and stage of development. I’ve included the age at which I introduced each combination to my baby, but every baby develops at their own pace, so adjust the texture and ingredients as needed.

A quick note: These are combinations I prepared for my own baby while introducing solid foods. The age labels show when I introduced each recipe, rather than a strict rule for every baby. Adjust the texture to suit your baby’s feeding skills, and introduce new foods in a way that is appropriate for your baby.
